There’s equity to protect, history to consider, and a future to define.That was the case in 2022, when McKim Communications and Sherpa Marketing came together under a new name: Show and Tell. This internal launch video introduced employees to the new brand, setting the tone for what was next while reinforcing the values that brought the two companies together. It marked a moment of transition—clear, intentional, and full of possibility.
